Before you pick a size
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while it is lying stretched out, then add 6–8 in (15–20 cm). That is the sleeping length you need. Between two sizes, take the bigger one.

A thin quilted dog blanket with a gripping back, made in three nested sizes so the same piece covers a bed, a car seat or a crate floor.
- It grips without a separate sheet. A micro-dot backing attached as one piece, with nothing underneath to slip.
- Closed diamonds, not open lines. Each pocket of padding is enclosed, so it cannot migrate to a corner after a few washes.
- The binding takes the pull. Contrast topstitching along the seam that gets yanked every time it comes off a bed.
- One piece in the machine. No cover to remove and no pad to take out first.
What size should I get?
Three sizes, 16 x 20 in (40 x 50 cm), 20 x 24 in (50 x 62 cm) and 28 x 39 in (70 x 100 cm). Measure the surface you want covered, not the dog.

Every size is listed in inches, with centimetres in brackets right after. Where a bed has raised sides, the inside sleeping area is smaller than the outside dimensions.
Measure your dog nose to tail lying down and add about 6 in (15 cm). If they sleep curled, a smaller round bed can work. If they sprawl, size up.

A short-velour face quilted into small closed diamonds, with a warm-cream reverse attached to it. Thin and flexible on purpose, the same pad is meant to move between a bed, a seat and a crate floor.

I bought four to try and have a spare, I use two in each batch so I cover the floor and furniture since my puppy sometimes lifts his paw. The bottom part of the pad has anti-slip to prevent it from moving. I still don't know how it absorbs because he hasn't used it yet, but it seems of good quality.
