Thank you for shopping with FURMIND! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and personalized products (hoodies, aprons, mugs, tumblers) may require additional processing time of 3-7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2-5 business days processing + 7-15 business days transit.
Custom products may take 10-20 business days total (production + shipping).
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Weekends and federal holidays are not included in delivery estimates
- Alaska and Hawaii may experience slightly longer transit times
- Severe weather or carrier delays may affect delivery
- During peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual
Digital Products
Every FURMIND product comes with a free digital companion (eBook or guide). Digital products are delivered instantly via email after your purchase is confirmed — no shipping required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@furmind.co.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and around your delivery area
- Wait 24-48 hours — packages sometimes show as delivered early
- Contact us at support@furmind.co with your order number
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and find a resolution.
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@furmind.co — we may be able to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
