Where we ship

We ship worldwide. A small number of destinations cannot be served because our payment and shipping providers do not support them, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria; checkout will not accept an address there. If an order still reaches us for an address we cannot serve, it is cancelled and refunded in full.

Where the beds ship from

Beds ship from the warehouse that stocks them. Which warehouse applies is stated on the product page, because it changes how long delivery takes.

Orders usually arrive in 6 to 12 days, counted from the day you order. Your order confirmation gives the expected window for your address, and tracking follows once the box leaves the warehouse.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, wherever we ship it, whatever the size of the bed. The price on the product page is the price you pay us; nothing is added at checkout.

Import duty and local tax outside the United States

Where the destination country charges import duty, VAT, GST or a customs handling fee, that amount is set by that country and is not included in the price you pay at checkout. The carrier collects it, usually before delivery. We do not receive any part of it and we cannot tell you the amount in advance, because it depends on your country's rules and on the value of the order.

If you would rather not pay a charge at the door, do not place the order — tell us instead and we will say plainly whether we can help.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed well beyond the window in your confirmation, or tracking stops updating, email support@furmind.co. We answer within 2 business days. Our Refund & Return Policy covers what happens if a bed arrives damaged or is not what the page described.
