A tracking link arrives by email once the bed ships. You can also see it in your account.

If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Check with neighbours and around the property first, then email support@furmind.co within 7 days.

We will open it with the carrier and either reship or refund you in full.

Email support@furmind.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We answer within two business days, and you choose: a replacement or a refund. You do not have to ship the bed back.

Tell us within 30 days. We cannot take physical returns on undamaged beds, so instead we issue a credit toward your next order and you keep the bed.

It costs more to ship a bed back than the bed is worth, and passing that cost to you would be worse than the credit.

We approve within two business days. After that it is your bank, usually 3 to 10 business days depending on the card.

We do not run exchanges, because the return leg makes them slower and more expensive than they look.

Mostly polyester in one form or another: corduroy, plush, sherpa, waffle knit, oxford weave, and ice-silk on the cooling range. Fillings are foam or loose fiber, and the product page says which.

That distinction matters more than the outer fabric. Foam holds its shape under a heavy dog; loose fiber gives way and stays given.

A determined chewer gets through fabric, and we are not going to tell you otherwise. Nothing here is sold as chew-proof.

If your dog chews bedding, the safer picks are the flat mats and the ice-silk surfaces: no loose stuffing to swallow, less to pull apart than a walled bed with a rim.

The material question is the same at any age. What changes is the shape.

For a puppy still house-training, look for a coated liner so an accident means washing a cover rather than replacing a bed. For an older dog, look at the wall height: an 8 in (20 cm) rim is a step to climb twice a night, and a dog with stiff hips will avoid the bed rather than climb it.

No, and we will not print that phrase. No vet has endorsed these beds and we are not going to imply one has.

What veterinary advice does say consistently, and you can check it yourself, is that heavier and older dogs need support that does not bottom out, and that bedding needs to be cleanable. Both are things you can read off a listing: fill type, and whether the cover comes off.

Measure your dog lying stretched out, nose to the base of the tail, then add 6 to 8 in (15 to 20 cm). That is the sleeping length you need.

Do it while they are actually asleep if you can. A standing measurement gives you a shorter number than the dog uses at three in the morning.

Only on a flat mat. On any bed with a raised edge, the outer number includes a rim your dog cannot lie on, and on the deeper designs that rim takes 4 to 6 in (10 to 15 cm) off each side.

Hold your measurement against the inner panel, not the box dimensions. Where a listing gives only outer dimensions, subtract the wall before you compare.

Round beds are listed by outside diameter and the raised ring takes roughly a quarter of it. A 28 in (70 cm) donut leaves a sleeping circle nearer 50.

That is fine for a dog who curls into a ball and wrong for one who stretches out. The same number means two different things depending on how your dog sleeps.

The bigger one, every time. A bed slightly too small tends to go unused whatever else is right about it, and a dog will pick the floor over a bed they hang off.

With how your dog already sleeps, not with the size. Watch them for a few nights: curled into a ball, flat on their side, or with their chin propped on something.

Curlers and chin-proppers use a raised edge. Sprawlers lose floor area to it. That single observation removes most of the range before you look at a measurement.

Two different jobs. Washable means the cover unzips and goes in the machine, which solves hair, mud and smell. Waterproof means a coated layer keeps liquid out of the padding, which solves accidents.

A bed can do either without the other. Of the forty-five here, thirteen wash, thirteen are coated, and only four do both.

Past about 55 lb (25 kg), two things change: they need enough flat area to stretch out completely, and the base has to carry that weight without bottoming out.

The large dog beds page carries the sixteen that fit. The largest floor bed here is 45 by 31 in (115 by 80 cm).

They lower the surface the dog lies on, which is real and limited. Ice-silk carries heat away on contact, the same reason a tile floor feels cool.

Nothing here is refrigerated. There is no gel pack and no water layer, so nothing to freeze and nothing to puncture. If a dog is panting hard or unsteady, that is a heat emergency and no mat is the answer.

Put it where they already sleep, not where you would like them to. A bed in the wrong room stays empty however good it is.

Then leave it alone. Do not lift them onto it. Most dogs claim a bed within a few days once it smells like the room rather than like a parcel.

Thirteen of the forty-five have a cover that unzips. That cover goes in the machine at the temperature on the care label, and no hotter: a hot wash shrinks covers, and a shrunk cover will not go back over the fill.

The rest are one piece and are cleaned in place. Each listing says which case applies.

One thing worth checking before you buy: a cover cut for a 45 in (115 cm) bed will not fit a domestic drum.

Every one to two weeks for most dogs, weekly for a puppy or a dog that is outside a lot.

A second cover is what makes that realistic, because the bed stays in use while the other one dries.

Because the smell is in the filling, not the cover. Press your palm into the sleeping panel and smell your hand.

If it is there, washing the cover will not reach it and has not for a while. At that point it is the insert, not the laundry.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and only useful if you plan to order again, because it saves your shipping address and order history so you don't have to re-enter everything.

We use your information to process orders, deliver training guides, respond to support requests, and (if you opt in) send marketing emails. That's it.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job: Shopify for checkout and hosting, our fulfilment partner for shipping, Klaviyo for email, and analytics tools like Google and Meta. Each of these has their own privacy policy.
