At FURMIND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Email us at support@furmind.co within 30 days of delivery
- Include photos clearly showing the issue
- We will review your case and respond within 2 business days
Resolution options (we'll work with you to find the best solution):
- We may send you a free replacement at no additional cost
- We may issue a 30% discount code for your next order
- In some cases, we may offer both
You do not need to return the original item. It's yours to keep.
Changed Your Mind
We understand that sometimes a product isn't the right fit. While we cannot accept physical returns for non-defective items, we want to make it right:

- We'll issue a 30% discount code valid on your next purchase
- Keep the product — it's yours
- Your free bonus content (eBook/guide) is also yours to keep, regardless of the outcome
Digital Products
Every FURMIND product comes with a free bonus eBook or guide. Digital products are non-refundable, but they're also free with your purchase — so they're yours to keep forever, no matter what.
Custom & Personalized Products
Products customized or personalized to your specifications (such as custom hoodies, aprons, mugs, or tumblers) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is a quality issue with a custom item, we will replace it free of charge.
How to Request Support
- Email support@furmind.co with your order number and a description of the issue
- If applicable, include clear photos
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps
- Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval (RMA number) cannot be processed
