We sell physical products (enrichment tools, walking accessories, personalized lifestyle items) and include complimentary digital products (training guides and eBooks) with certain purchases. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Free shipping is included on all orders to the United States. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Purchases and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Digital Content License

Digital training guides included with physical product purchases are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Each guide may be used on up to 3 personal devices belonging to the purchaser.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or resell any digital content provided by FURMIND without our prior written consent.

All digital content is delivered via email. By completing a purchase that includes digital content, you acknowledge that digital guides are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once sent.

Custom Products

Custom products are made to order using images you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and grant FURMIND a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order. Custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, training guides, eBooks, logos, brand name, and product designs — is the property of FURMIND and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to FURMIND in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our products are not substitutes for professional veterinary or behavioral advice. Always supervise your pet during use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FURMIND and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or current.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability
