Quick Answers

Before you email, these come up a lot.

If your question matches one of these, you'll get the answer faster right here. If not, the form is right above.

Where's my order?

Orders usually arrive in 6 to 12 days, counted from the day you order. Every order ships free.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package shows delivered but has not arrived, email us and we will sort it out.

I need to return something. What now?

Email us at support@furmind.co within 30 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or defective. Include a photo and your order number. You choose a replacement or a refund, and we do not ask you to ship anything back.

For general "didn't love it" returns within 30 days, same deal. Email us with the details and we will find the best path, which is a replacement or a credit. We cannot take physical returns on undamaged beds, because shipping a bed back costs more than most of these beds are worth, so you keep the bed either way.

The bed is the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

We do not run exchanges, because the return leg makes them slower and more expensive than they look. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of your dog on the bed, and we issue a credit so you can order the size that fits.

To avoid this in the first place, our PDP has a measurement guide. Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the ribcage (just behind the front legs), add ¾ in (2 cm) for comfort, and if you're between sizes, go up.

Can you help me pick the right bed for my dog?

Yes. Tell us roughly how long your dog is lying stretched out, nose to the base of the tail, and how they sleep: curled into a ball, flat on their side, or with their chin propped on something. That is most of the answer.

If your situation is more serious, meaning aggression, a bite history, or anything with a physical symptom, we will say upfront that you need a vet or a qualified behaviorist. A bed is not the answer and we would rather say so than sell you one.
