Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while it is lying stretched out, then add 6–8 in (15–20 cm). That is the sleeping length you need. Between two sizes, take the bigger one.

- Fluff it by hand. A resting dog flattens one side and puts its head there. That is the bed working, not failing.
- No seam at the base. The ring wall is a single piece, so there is no join where it meets the base.

What size should I get?
Six diameters, 16 in (40 cm) up to 39 in (100 cm), measured on the outside. The ring takes about a quarter of that, so between two sizes take the bigger one.

Measure your dog nose to tail lying down and add about 6 in (15 cm). If they sleep curled, a smaller round bed can work. If they sprawl, size up.
