Honest answer: because the existing market is bad. Most "custom dog merch" shops are middlemen for the same three POD (print-on-demand) factories. Same blank shirts. Same DTG presses. Same ink. Same garbage. Different Etsy storefront.
We do this differently because the products we make for your dog should match the products you wear. A heavyweight hoodie that lasts. What photo works best for the print?
A clear, well-lit photo of your dog's face, looking at camera or side profile. Avoid blurry, dark, or pixelated shots. Ideally 1500px wide or larger. We review every photo before printing and email you if we need a better one. No surprise blurry prints.
Will the prints fade or peel?
Hoodies and aprons use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, the ink bonds with the fabric fibers, so it stays soft and lasts 40+ washes when cared for properly. Tumblers use UV-bonded image transfer, which becomes part of the metal (not a sticker). Both methods are years of use, not weeks.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom-printed items can't be resold, so we can't accept returns unless there's a print defect, a sizing mismatch from our chart, or damage in shipping. If any of those happen, message us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right, replacement, refund, or reprint.
How long does production take?
Each item is printed on demand once you order, so production takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time is usually 7–10 business days in the US, 10–14 internationally. We email tracking the moment it ships.
