Care Instructions
- Wash: Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors
- Dry: Tumble dry low OR hang dry (hang dry extends print life)
- Iron: If needed, iron inside out on low heat (never directly on print)
- Avoid: Hot water, bleach, fabric softener, dry cleaning
- Expected Lifespan: 40+ washes with gradual softening, the print will fade slowly over years, not suddenly

What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of your dog's face, looking at camera or side profile. Avoid blurry, dark, or low-resolution shots. Ideally 1500px wide or larger. If your photo isn't print-ready we'll email you before printing to get a better one. No one wants to pay for a hoodie with a pixelated dog.
How does sizing run?
True to size, unisex fit. If you like an oversized/relaxed look, size up one. XS to 3XL available. Full size chart in the product images, measure your chest and check the chart, it takes 30 seconds and saves you a return.
Will it shrink in the wash?
Minimal shrinkage (under 3%) if you follow the care instructions: machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Avoid hot water and high heat and you'll be fine. Treat it like a decent band tee, not a dishrag.
How long does the print last?
DTG (direct-to-garment) printing lasts 40+ washes when cared for properly. The print feels soft to the touch, no plastic layer on top. Fade is gradual over years, not sudden. This isn't the sticker-that-peels-off-after-3-washes situation you may have had with other shops.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom-printed items can't be resold, so we can't accept returns unless there's a print defect, a sizing mismatch from the chart, or damage in shipping. If any of those happen, message us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right, new print, refund, or replacement.
