Where's my order?
Standard delivery is 7–15 business days. Custom/personalized products (hoodies, aprons, tumblers) take 10–20 business days total because they're printed to order.
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days — or if your package shows "delivered" but hasn't arrived — email us and we'll sort it out.
I need to return something. What now?
Email us at support@furmind.co within 14 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or defective. Include a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or refund without asking you to ship anything back.
For general "didn't love it" returns within 30 days, same deal — email us with the details and we'll figure out the best path (replacement, store credit, or refund). Custom/personalized products can't be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.
My harness doesn't fit. Can I exchange sizes?
Yes. Email us within 14 days with a photo of your dog wearing the harness — we'll ship the correct size at no extra cost.
To avoid this in the first place, our PDP has a measurement guide. Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the ribcage (just behind the front legs), add 2cm for comfort, and if you're between sizes, go up.
Can you help me pick the right training guide for my dog?
Yes, definitely. Tell us your dog's age, breed, and the main issue you're dealing with (pulling, anxiety, boredom, nipping, etc.) and we'll recommend the tool + guide combo that matches best.
If your situation is more serious — aggression, severe trauma, bite history — we'll tell you upfront that you need a certified behaviorist, not a snuffle mat. We'd rather save you money than sell you something that won't help.
